Letter from the President

Dear Medical Professionals,
Kane X-ray was started by my grandfather in 1947. For more than 60 years, our family and our company have been committed first and foremost to superior service.
This commitment has its foundation in our core belief that Kane X-ray exists “To support the medical professions in preserving and improving life”. Since what we do every day directly impacts your ability to treat patients, our goal is to make sure our work increases the accuracy of diagnosis, while reducing imaging related costs and time. When health is at stake, we need to get it right the first time – that’s the heart of our “Service4LIFE” attitude.
In addition to this core commitment, we work every day to build trust with our customers and fellow team members, understanding that trust is the foundation for any authentic relationship. We endeavor to continually improve our abilities and our methods, to strive for excellence and make every effort to reach our God-given potential. Lastly, we seek to understand our customers’ needs and apply all of our resources (and sometimes beyond our resources) to deliver the best possible solution for them.
A lot has changed since my grandfather started Kane X-ray, but the simple belief that we can grow with the latest technology, but always maintain old-fashioned customer service, is still true. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
