Book Recommendation: Purple Cow

This book was the impetus of Kane’s Service4Life warranty program. Funny name, but a great, quick read that will help
you differentiate yourself from the competition.
We already had the concept of what we wanted to express with a new warranty program. Seth’s book helped bring the concept to reality.
